I was born in Haifa Israel and grew up in Philadelphia PA. I have always been very involved with Bnei Akiva and further went on to be Mazkirat Galil for both Philadelphia and Riverdale NY. In addition to serving on the National Board of Bnei Akiva on the education committee, I was asked to represent Bnei Akiva of the US and Canada as a delegate at the World Zionist Congress.
After getting married to my British husband and moving to England we settled in Borehamwood 4 years ago. I have been involved in the creation and running of BEST (Borehamwood and Elstree Shul 20s and 30s) and I currently hold the title of Chair Person for BEST. For the past 5 years I have worked as a Jewish Studies teacher at Wolfson Hillel Primary School.
My husband Josh and I have two lovely children, Elior aged 2 and Ezra aged 1. Since joining the BOM this past May I have been given the task of managing the New Members Portfolio, and together with a strong group of dedicated volunteers I look forward to welcoming many new members into the community and showing them all that Borehamwood and Elstree Shul has to offer.
I have lived in the area since 1988. Married to Howard with two sons, one at university and one about to start sixth form.
I run my own export company and when not busy with that I can usually be seen out about in the area or helping out in the Shul Office.
I moved to the community three years ago when I got married to my husband Josh. I am an employment and commercial litigation solicitor and I have previously been involved with BEST (Borehamwood and Elstree Shul 20s and 30s) and new members. This year I have been given the task of managing the HR portfolio.
