Borehamwood and Elstree Synagogue

Elstree Minyan

The Elstree Minyan has been running since 1986 so people who live in Elstree can daven on Friday nights without having to make the long trip to Croxdale Road and back before dinner.

It takes place thanks to the incredible generosity of one of our member families, who let their home be invaded by 20-30 people every Friday night to daven. The service is at the same time as the main Shul, and runs every Friday night (although there is usually a short break in August). There is also a service on most Yom Tov evenings, except for Yom Kippur and Simchat Torah.

If you live in Elstree and don't want to come all the way to Croxdale Road, or want to enjoy a smaller service with plenty of opportunities for people to daven Mincha or Ma'ariv, come along to the Elstree Minyan.
