Lunch and Learn

We are delighted to have weekly or fortnightly "Lunch and Learn" sessions taking place in Borehamwood and the City, together with monthly sessions in Watford.

Borehamwood

People working in or locally to Borehamwood and Elstree, can join the Borehamwood "Lunch and Learn" every other Wednesday at 12.30pm, for lunch sponsored by HBFS, followed by a Parashat HaShavuah shiur by Rabbi Brawer, at the Shul.

Watford

Anyone working in Watford or the surrounding areas (including NW London or Elstree & Borehamwood) may be interested in attending a "Lunch and Learn" event (run in conjunction with Watford United Synagogue) at the offices of Matthew Arnold & Baldwin LLP solicitors, 21 Station Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1AP (opposite Watford Junction station). There are opportunities to network over sandwiches and then listen to a short shiur. A number of Rabbis take part on a revolving basis, including Rabbi Brawer.

The City

Meanwhile, every Thursday lunchtime, City workers (men and women) are invited to "Lunch and Learn in the City" to eat, chat and listen to a short shiur based on the week's parsha or an upcoming festival.

Lunch is from 12.45pm onwards at Denton Wilde Sapte, 1 Fleet Place, EC4, with the shiur taking place between 1.00 – 1.45pm, led by either Rabbi Brawer, Rabbi Abel, Rabbi Garson or Rabbi Mason.
