If you use Apple iTunes to "manage" your audio collection, you can subscribe to the Notes and Recordings podcast feed. iTunes can then be configured to automatically download new podcasts as soon as they are published on the website and, if you want, synchronise them to your iPod for listening to later.

Run your iTunes software
Go to "Advanced" and select "Subscribe to Podcast..."
In the URL box, type in (or copy/paste):
http://www.borehamwoodshul.org/education/notesrss.asp
Press "OK"

iTunes can then be configured how often to check for updates, whether to download all the recordings or just the most recent etc. BES however can't provide assistance with iTunes.

If you use any other software to manage your audio collection, it also may be capable of subscribing to the Podcast using the same feed URL as above. However, again, BES can't provide you with any assistance.
